Peter is the companies Managing Director, he was born and raised in the far north Queensland town of Innisfail. Peter completed and electrical and instrumentation apprenticeship at Mount Isa Mines in Western Queensland, he also worked in the Project and Services department for the Foxboro instrument company for many years, Peter eventually moved to Adelaide in the early eighties to support the expanding Project and Services group for Foxboro.

During 1989 Peter moved to the Mobil refinery in Adelaide he was employed there until the facility closed in 2003, he acquired part Ownership of the IIS business in April 2004 and has been the Managing Director since that time.

Keith was born and raised in Yorkshire Uk, he completed an electrical apprenticeship within the textile industry in West Yorkshire. after completing his apprenticeship he joined P&O shipping lines as an Electrical office with their sea going operations.

Keith moved to Australia in May 1972 and immediately joined FR Mayfield as an electrician, in their Mechanical engineering section . between 1972 and 2005 he held many positions within the company eventually becoming the Managing Director of Australia and New Zealand.

Keith acquired a part ownership of IIS in April 2005 and moved into the business during 2006.
