The purpose of the company Business Management System is to clearly define the Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management strategies for corporate and project work locations of IISP. The manual and supporting controls provide the basis for implementation, monitoring and continuous improvement of our Business Management System that is consistent with the requirements of applicable legislation, Australian & New Zealand Standards aligned with AS/NZS ISO 9001, AS/NZS 4801, AS/NZS ISO 14001, Industry Codes of Practice and customer expectations. IISP is committed to providing a secure, healthy, safe workplace with on-going training, competent supervision and safe plant and equipment. With active involvement by all personnel, the focus is to maintain a standard of Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental performance that is regarded as an industry benchmark and provide confidence to our customers that IISP is committed to providing quality services within a safe, healthy and environmentally responsible workplace.
